Cuprostar IC

immersion copper process provides a uniform deposit with exceptional adhesion. The process allows for subsequent acid copper treatment without the need for a nickel strike and helps to plate large and complicated shaped plastic parts. Based on the application, CUPROSTAR IC is followed by either a copper strike or bright copper.

CUPROSTAR 594

copper strike provides increased throwing power, improved uniformity and leveling for the subsequent copper deposit.

CUPROSTAR 1600

Dye-based acid Cu. Excellent brightness and mirror finish. For plating on plastics (POP).
CUPROSTAR 1600 is ideal for areas that require very high leveling with an excellent brightness throwing power, insensitive to pores and does not cause burns in HCD areas

CUMAC OPTIMA

Dye-based decorative acid copper with ultra-high leveling, excellent low current density brightness. Perfect for complex shapes and deeply recessed parts. The right systems for plating on plastics such as ABS and PC/ABS and metal where high leveling is required.

CUPROSTAR 1610

Dye-free acid Cu. No over leveling. No sludge formation. Clean tank walls.  Not susceptible to pits and pores. Suitable for smooth surfaces with leveling which fulfills the industry demands for POP applications

CUPROSTAR NC

cyanide-free alkaline copper process is engineered for use on all commonly used metal base materials, including zinc die-cast. The process exhibits exceptional throwing power and adhesion on complex part geometries. CUPROSTAR NC provides a semi-bright copper deposit that is suitable either as a strike or main copper layer for nickel and chromium plating

Clepo SP

Cyanide-free pyrophosphate copper as copper strike is the most commonly used process for plating difficult substrates on steel and special application for POP. Also applied directly over aluminium treated with Bondal CF (CN free zincate)

ELPELYT® SB-45

 The semi-bright nickel is engineered to ensure that internal stress of the nickel deposit is reduced upon direct impact, eliminating adhesion loss. The process exhibits exceptional throwing power resulting in better corrosion behavior in combination with MacDermid Enthone multilayer nickel system 

ELPELYT LS-1

bright nickel improving brightness across a broad current density range, delivering high decorative bright nickel deposit. Exhibits low stress and exceptional coverage and leveling power.

NiMac Clarion II

bright nickel with good leveling and highly glossy and ductile nickel layer suitable for metal
and plastic plating.

ELPELYT GS-7

bright nickel is specially engineered for plating on metal substrates. High leveling process with exceptional coverage on steel, brass and other metal substrates. Excellent throwing power resulting in better corrosion behavior due to thicker nickel plating in low current density areas

NiMac Challenger Plus

bright nickel for metal plating with high performance and exceptional leveling and brightness. Exhibits very good deposit ductility and chromium receptivity. With wide working window e.g. tolerance to overdose of brightener.

Chromium Systems

ANKOR®

Hexavalent bright chrome processes offer high deposition rates, uniform deposits, and exceptional corrosion and wear resistance. Processes are formulated for use under a wide range of current densities and temperatures that enable simplified operation.

TRILYTE Flash SF

Sulfate-based, white trivalent chrome for non-steel applications provides exceptional coverage and a bright, light color comparable to traditional hexavalent chrome layers. The TRILYTE Flash SF deposit is consistent over normal current density ranges.  TRILYTE Flash SF will tolerate current interruptions, provide more uniform metal distribution and reduce or eliminate high current density burning as compared to conventional hexavalent layers

TRILYTE Flash CL

Chloride-based deposit color is consistent overall current density ranges. The process is tolerant to current interruptions, provides excellent uniform metal distribution and reduces or eliminates burning when compared to conventional hexavalent chromium deposits.

TWILITE

Sulfate-based, mid-dark trivalent chromium solution. With durable finish for exterior applications. Developed for use in automotive, sanitary and consumer electronic applications.

STARLITE

Sulfate-based, dark trivalent chromium solution well know on the market. The process provides uniform metal distribution and stabile color. The Starlite process utilizes a simple additive system.

TriMac ECLIPSE

The darkest trivalent chrome provides lustrous, uniform deposits as well reproducible and stable dark color. The process delivers more uniform metal distribution while reducing or eliminating high current density burning, TriMac ECLIPSE meets OEM decorative specification
